Delete your Riverbot account

You can permanently delete your Riverbot account at any time. Deletion removes your account, favourites, setpoints, alerts, support messages, registered mobile devices, and active sessions. It cannot be undone.

Delete from the mobile app

1. Open Riverbot and sign in.
2. Open the Profile tab.
3. Choose Delete account.
4. Confirm your identity with your current password or a connected sign-in provider, complete Riverbot two-factor authentication if enabled, and confirm permanent deletion.

Delete from the website

Sign in to Riverbot, open your profile settings, choose Delete account under Account security, confirm your identity, and confirm permanent deletion. This is available even if you no longer have the mobile app installed.

Connected sign-in accounts

Deletion removes the connections to your Apple, Microsoft, and Google accounts. It does not delete those provider accounts. For Apple, Riverbot also requests authorization revocation; an encrypted token can remain for up to seven days while a failed request is retried. Your Riverbot account is deleted even if Apple is temporarily unavailable.

If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the address on your account and request deletion. We will verify ownership before removing the account.
